- I couldn't believe my eyes when this first appeared in
1999. It was the very first F2 sxd
hybrid to bloom, and I couldn't have asked for anything more beautiful!!
- It's bud first appears pale yellow like I. winogradowii
- Its rate of increase has been good, but not quite as good as I
had originally predicted. In
particular the number bulblets being produced is much lower
- It's currently under test in Holland and initial propagation
work is being done in a lab
